Amy Cipolla Barnes is the author of a full-length flash collection Ambrotypes published by word west in March 2022, a book of food essays "Clean Up on Aisle Five," and a chapbook “Mother Figures” published by ELJ, Editions in 2021. Her essays, articles, flash fiction, short fiction and CNF have appeared in a wide range of publications including The Citron Review, Spartan Lit, JMWW Journal, Janus Lit, Flash Frog, No Contact Mag, Leon Review, Complete Sentence, Gown Lawn, The Bureau Dispath, Nurture Lit, X-R-A-Y Lit, McSweeney’s, Apartment Therapy, Forbes, Parade, Motherly, Romper, Allrecipes and many others. Her work has been nominated for Best of the Net, the Pushcart Prize, Best Microfiction, long-listed for Wigleaf50 in 2021 and included in Best Small Fictions 2022. Her fiction has been published in anthologies including Bath Flash Fiction and NFFD. She’s a Fractured Lit Associate Editor, Gone Lawn co-editor, Ruby Lit editor and reads/judges for NFFD, CRAFT, Taco Bell Quarterly, Retreat West, The MacGuffin, and Narratively.
